A simple guide to your next pair of MTB glasses

MTB glasses  are essential kit for riding off road.  MTB glasses will protect your eyes from UV light, trail debris and the odd branch and trailing bramble determined to injure you. MTB glasses by their nature will get damaged over time so when you are choosing your next pair there are only 2 things worth considering.....
  1. Frames. Will they be comfortable? You will be wearing them all day and you need to have a pair of glasses on that you do not notice. If the frames are uncomfortable you wont wear them and you will leave your eyes vulnerable to injury.  Go for something lightweight but secure on your face and read the reviews around fit and comfort.
  2. Lenses. There are loads of factors to consider about lenses; clarity, light absorption, filter level, lens colour. In essence, if you are wearing them all day in the UK you will need to opt for the multi-lens options or a simpler solution; photochromic  lenses.  Go for a pair that you can replace the lenses in and they will last longer.

Rad8 MTBglasses will give you one of the better options, the frames are light and secure, the lenses are photochromic and both replaceable and available with prescription lenses.
