Shipping policy

We will endeavour process your order the same day where possible use a tracked shipping service to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This is typically between 1 & 11 days depending on your location relative to the UK based store and the shipping service used.

Prescription Glasses can only be supplied to the UK and are despatched directly from the optical laboratory. These are normally despatched between 7-10 days after the prescription and PD details are supplied.
